With 285Kelvin, you choose and receive anonymised tasting boxes prepared according to the appellations you selected.
All samples are provided free of charge by winegrower partners who want to make themselves known in a crowded market.
You organise blind tastings with your customers and find the “gems” that are most appreciated.

Official tastings
You want to organise a tasting but you don’t have the time to do it ? Finding new wines is too time consuming and you want to reduce the costs associated with these events?
285Kelvin will take care of it for you.
Go to app.285kelvin.com,and select one of our official tasting packs, delivered free of charge.
Once you have received the pack, all you have to do is organise a blind tasting via our website. For greater visibility, this can be broadcasted on our social networks.
Would you like to taste more than one box at a time? It’s possible thanks to the subscription.
Discover new winegrowers
With 285Kelvin, the winegrowers come to you. No need to look for them yourself!
This is the perfect opportunity to discover producers who are proud to share their passion. At the end of the tasting, you can find all the characteristics of the wines tasted, the prices of the bottles and the winegrowers’ contact details.
Order easily
At the end of the tasting, participants can order directly from the application.
You control the price and margin of each bottle. Once the participants’ orders have been centralised, all you have to do is contact the winegrowers to place the orders!
Private tastings
You can also create your own tastings with your bottles!
Organise a tasting for your customers in advance and set up a date, a place and a price.
You will have the choice to broadcast it on social networks as well as on our website in order to ensure a large attendance!
How does it works?
How does the official tasting works?
Step 1
You order bottles at 285Kelvin
All orders are free of charge. We take care of anonymizing them beforehand. You will be informed of the characteristics of the wines before the tasting (colour, appellation, grape variety, etc.).
Step 2
You can choose the date and place of the tasting. You can use our website to promote your event.
Step 3
A minimum of 10 people (including yourself) are needed for each tasting. Participants rate the wines they have tasted on our app and find out the results once the tasting is over.
Step 4
Participants can order from you
At the end of the tasting, the orders of your customers are centralized in the application, you just have to contact the winegrower. If a wine is very popular, you can easily include it on your menu.

Your frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
You automatically benefit from all the features of 285Kelvin for 3 months from the date of your registration.
Once this period is over, you will have the choice between the paids versions.
How many bottles do I get in each box?
It depends on the winegrowers who send them to us. Usually you can expect 5 or 6 bottles per box. You are of course informed in advance of the number of bottles you will receive.
How can I avoid receiving bottles that I already have?
To avoid receiving bottles that you already have on the menu, we advise you to order appellations that you do not have, whether it is a French PDO or not.
How many people take part in each tasting?
For official tastings, the minimum is 10 people (including a professional, yourself), but you can go up to 30 people if necessary.
For private tastings, there is no minimum.
Can I do tastings with other bottles than those in the boxes?
Yes of course! This will be a private tasting and you can easily do this with the 285Kelvin app.
